I worked with Jeff in my role as head of corporate development at Patheon when I divested a non-strategic business unit to Bellwyk Packaging. Jeff and his team conducted a very thorough due diligence process. His team was organized and well managed and stuck to the agreed timelines for the process. Jeff was data driven in his decisions but also attentive to the sensitive issues with the employees and management team that would join him.
