Jeff Sziklai and I met more than 10 years ago when he first toured our sites in Germany. Our shared vision and market strategy resulted in the development of a Canadian/German Joint Venture which we managed together for three years, at which point we successfully sold the business to a global strategic buyer.

Jeff is a true entrepreneur, he is skilled at identifying new business opportunities, developing the related business strategies and managing their successful execution. He has a collaborative and results oriented leadership style. It has been a pleasure to get to know him, both on a personal and professional level.
